Return & Refund policy
Under this policy, you may request a return/refund within the protection period, if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged or defective, or not as
described, or not satisfied.

defective/not as described/not satisfied due to personal reason?
From Purchase date to 15 Days after delivery date.
Return Requirements for Return-Eligible items
Items Must be in New, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, and have the original tags attached, and the hygiene sticker (if applicable,) intact.
We kindly remind you to stay updated on the handling progress
and the solutions offered by us. It is recommended that you
upload all valid supporting documents in one go when initially filing a
dispute to avoid subsequent supplementary submissions. This will enable
the platform to address your issue as promptly as possible.
If an item needs to be returned, who pays the return cost?
Return reason:
For items that arrive damaged/defective/not as described (reply with your supporting pic/video to show the issue), the shipping cost will be paid by us.
For items not satisfied due to personal reason, the recipient must pay for the shipping.
Please note: In some cases, you will need
to find a logisitlc company by yourself, please select a reliable and economical
postal service within the specified return period, instead of a commercial
method.
No Delivery Refund
If your package isn't delivered by the latest Guaranteed Refund Date, you
could apply for a full refund. (For items marked with fast delivery,
For all other items, please contact customer service for more information.) If the package arrives later, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.
When Am I Not Eligible for Compensation if My Package Isn't Delivered?
- Acts Of Nature:
No refunds for non-delivery due to severe weather or natural disasters like
hurricanes, floods, or earthquakes.
- Courier Issues:
Refunds aren't available when delivery fails because of courier-related
problems, such as strikes, equipment breakdowns, or other operational
hiccups.
- Address Errors:
If your package can't be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or
inaccurate address or ZIP code, you won't be eligible for a refund.
- Missed Deliveries/Refused package:
No refunds if the package is returned because you or anyone acting on your
behalf wasn't available to accept it when the courier attempted delivery.
- Awaiting pickup:
Once your package status changes to "pending pickup by recipient" (or
similar), you're no longer eligible for refunds or re-shipments.
- Rescheduled Deliveries:
No refund could be issued if you've requested a different delivery time.
- On-Time Delivery:
No refunds for packages delivered within the guaranteed time frame.
- Policy Violations:
Refunds won't be issued in cases of fraud, abuse, or breaches of our policies.
- Regulatory Changes:
You're not eligible for a refund if delivery fails due to changes in customs clearance laws, regulations, or policies.
- Force Majeure:
No refunds for delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our
or the courier's control, including pandemic-related restrictions.
- Late Tax Payments:
If your package can't be sent or delivered because you've delayed paying
applicable taxes, you won't be eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
• Refunds can take 1-10 business days to arrive dependent on your original
payment method
• Any due refund can be sent to your original payment method
Important things to note:
1. Please use the return address listed on the return/refund page, not the
address of the original sender.
2. Pack the return items carefully and make sure you haven't accidentally
included personal belongings in the return package. Items in the package
cannot be Sent back or refund.
3. Your original shipping fee is only reimbursed unless all the items of an
order are returned.
